We moved in here a year ago and I have had no problems. I really like the location and other than a few teenagers making some noise once in a while it is fairly quiet. One time I did hear some kids making some noise our manger came out and told them to go over to the playground.They do care about thier residents. The four people that live in our part of the apartment are very quiet. We just had new updates to the building. New washer and dryers,brand new roofs,they repainted all the front doors,and redid the blacktop outside. I am very impressed. I like the maintence they always say hello or wave.They don't take long to come in and fix something.I hope this helps someone.Thanks

Thank you. I am getting ready to move here, and I've already looked at the apartment and the neighborhood and I love it. It's a lot safer and quieter than where I live now. I have friends that live out there and they actually referred me. So, thanks for the positive feedback, because everyone else is being mean.
