The heritage is not a good choice for an apartment. the maintinence takes too long to respond to your request. when i moved in their was a hole in the roof of my balcony and they said it would be fixed within a week and it has now been 9 months and they haven't even came to look at the hole yet. and they are always charing me extra money on my rent saying the i was late with my rent even though i turn in the money on the first of every month. i do not recommend this apartment to anyone. and my car was broken into twice. and when i called the office the lady told me " sorry but ---- happen"
