this is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. My car window has been smashed. The numerous bugs from ---- roaches to silver fish to ants and unrecognizable things that invade ur apartment are insane. The security is a joke around this place. The drug dealer that lives below me is best friends with the matinance staff. The ridiculous fines they give u ranging from someone elses mail blowing around and they saying that its urs, to a wet pool towel drying on the patio. The gaping holes in most of the rooms of the patios are horrible to look at. The noisy building where all the neighbors stump up the stairs, slam their doors, play loud music have gansta parties not to mention tons of shady looking people lurking around their apartment. I have taken up guarding my car all nite so i never get sleep and i have caught numerous people looking into my windows good thing theres nothing in there. The leaks that cause ur electric bill to double. The air conditioner that doesnt work. The lawn care people out at 6am on Saturday mornings. The disgusting kitchen that doesnt feel clean no matter how much bleach u use to scrub it. Screen doors that dont work on patio. All i can say is thank God my lease is almost up so i can get the ---- out of this ------ ass apartment. Hopefully we will have better luck somewhere else cause this place is a ----- to live in.

Although there are some valid complaints made, unfortunately they are often clouded by exaggerated facts or outright fabrications made by residents that have violated their lease agreement and have decided that instead of taking responsibility for that to make the community look bad with an ???anonymous??? ranting. The management of this community takes all complaints seriously and strives to make all of the residents happy with their home, and asks that any questions about the complaints made on this site be brought to management directly for clarification. Although management will not reveal any personal facts about specific residents, we are willing to explain in further detail any complaint made on this site and give our side of the situation along with admitting to any wrong doing on our part.
