Be careful here in these apartments.These people are really sneaky.They come up with differnt things to bill you with and when you call the office to see what they are for it seems like they just make something up.If you ask me I think the office staff takes the money and puts it into there pocket,I don't know how but that is what I think they are doing.They are not even worth moving into,everything is really old.I feel like as much money that get out of ther residents they should be able to upgrade!They will never get another penny out of me.

We apologize if you are unable to understand the billing of rent, water and if your late- late fees, please visit our office and we will do all we can to explain them to you in further detail. There are no "hidden" fees and every transaction is tracked, should there ever be a mistake it is very easy to find and correct so feel free to come in and speak to us in person. And thank you for your suggestion about updating, the outside paint job that we finished two months ago should help with that suggestion along with the updating we are doing to some of the interiors. If you like we can show you what an upgraded apartment looks like and you can transfer into one of those at the end of your lease. We do like the fact that our property is older, they built them much larger back then and it makes our community that much more charming, the very long-term residents we have can attest to that. Most of our residents are happy with their homes, but if your not we will gladly take your suggestions on improvements. Thank you for your comments! Heritage Management
