Going on three years here and I can't remember a time I did not want to get as far away from here as possible. The office staff is constancily changing. One temp. comes in and another leaves. I don't think anyone stays there for three months without being canned. They lack the means to run this apartment complex with any care for it's tenants. The maintance people here are middle school drop-outs that don't not know anything. They are extremily judgemental of dogs, and have treated me with the upmost disrepect because I have two dogs. The tenants here are shady, except for the elderly ones. My vechile has been broken into many times to the point that lose sleep anytime I hear a small sound. Please do not rent from here. You can do better than this place.

Dear "Anonymous", Thank you for your comments. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and will give consideration to your comments and address your issues. There are a couple of questions however: 1. You stated you have lived here for 3 years and "can't remember a time when you didn't want to get as far away as possible", that being the case, what made you stay so long since the leases are at most only 12 months long? 2.Did you clean up after your dogs deficated on the grounds? If not this would explain the "extreme judgement" you describe, we love pets but hate to see owners not being responsible for cleaning up after them, and so do your neighbors who often step in your mess. 3.When was your vehicle broken into? Where police notified? Was the management notified? We would like a record of this if possible to help us and the police crack down on this type of crime. And again, if this kept happening why did you stay? We really would like to know aside from the negative comments you made, what would keep you here for 3 years with all of this going on? Finally, although we do appreciate and respect your right to your opinion, your comments about our staff are completely off-base. We have had a few temps come in because we are trying to find the right person, they are not fired we simply try someone new. Our maintenance staff are very hard-working, knowledgable and caring individuals that we would be lost without. And our tenants are far from the "shady" charactors you describe, we have a wonderful community here filled with a diverse group of people most of which enjoy their homes.
