I used to live here from December 2006-June 2007...I know, not completely 12 months. I loved it at first, thought it was huge for a 1 bedroom, lots of space. Then I started having problems in the bathroom that never got fixed, kids were turning off my water from outside, my air conditioner wasn't getting cold, and my car was towed within four days of living there because I wasn't told about the assigned parking spaces. I ended up leaving 6 months before my lease was up and they didn't do a thing to me or ask for any money because they knew they were wrong.

When we had to move out due to millitary resons they still made us pay alomst 700.00, then when they didnt cash the check in time and lost it they made us pay another 200.00 for " late fees" I thought that they couln't do that if you were millitary, but they said they could. thinking back i wish we would have fought those charges.

And I am also military, and I didn't get any kind of discounts or anything. You should have fought them.
