Come on, let's be fair. All those unpleasant things took place a long time ago. The complex completely redid the three pools this summer. Then they bought new pool furniture and hired a pool maintenance company to take care of the pools. Ever since, the pools have been beautiful.

They also built a new fishing pier and they turned the complex into a gated community. My electric bill has also been much lower ever since they reinsulated the attics. There has been real progress in the three years that I have lived here. Give these hard working people a break.

The blame is soley on the tenats that have come and gone. The gate was working for three days, til one of the tenants ran into it. Then they got it fixed, and it worked for two days til another tenant damaged it. The office staff is great, the maintance people (except for one that has been here since I've been here, over four and a half years now) are good people. This place has come a long way from what it used to be. However, there still terrible people living here. Not everybody, but it only takes a couple.
