I want to add my two cents. I moved in last year. I chose this place because the apartments are huge and the rent is reasonable. When I first moved in, I did notice a few problems and I wasn't happy about it. But in the past 6 months or so, this place has really improved. They installed access gates, they removed the decrepit tennis court, they put in a new fishing pier and cleaned up the waterfront, and they did some major work on the pools.

There is a whole new staff in the office and these ladies should not be blamed for any problems we had before. Give them a chance.

No one that has lived here for a year would rate any thing on here a 4 or higher... Most of all Safety or Noise

I agree, the office staff does not deserve any blame. For the most part they are good people that treat everybody like a person and not a dollar sign. But, there are so terrible tenants here. People that I would not want to asociate with. They are few, though. Things have gotten a lot better and I am grateful for that.
