THE OFFICE MANAGER IS IMMATURE AND SNAKE AND SNEAKY AND LIES! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE NOT RENT WITH HERITAGE ON THE RIVER. ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO JUNE/2008 I HAD A SMALL FIRE JUST MELTED PLASTIC INTO THE CARPET BUT ITS THE SMOKE AND ASH THAT WAS THE PROBLEM IT WAS EVERYWHERE AND WE CLEAN THE APARTMENT TEN TIMES AND STILL COULDNT GET IT. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO COME AND FIX THE DAMAGES WILLINGLY 100% TO PAY FOR THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN IT IS FEB 2009 AND STILL NOBODY TO FIX IT. WE TRIED TO HIRE OUR OWN PEOPLE TO COME IN AND PAINT AND REPLACE THE CARPET THEY SAID NO AND STILL WOULDNT SEND ANYONE TO REPAIR IT THEY WONT EVEN SEND PPL FOR ESTAMITES. AND THAT IS JUST ONE OF OUR MANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY VERY NASTY ONCE THEY GOT U TRAPPED IN THAT LEASE. I COULDNT ASK ANYTHING WITHOUT GETTING THE RUN AROUNDS AND ATTITUDE. PLEASE JUST MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE.



I HAVE STILL TRIED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND ALL SHE DOES AND HANGS UP ON ME AND OVER TALKS ME SHE WONT HELP ME!

I am really disappointed in the statement that you have written. As I recall, I visited your apartment after the fire and you admitted that your burning candle had fell while you were gone from the aparment and caused the fire (carpet burned and smoked ceiling and wall). You said that you would pay for the damages at your expense. We did offer to transfer you to a different apartment, so that we could replace the carpet and repaint, but you refused. You indicated that you wanted to get the estimates and pay for it your self. I gave you our painter information and also the carpet people numerous times, but no attempt was made to our vendors to get estimates. You never offered to pay upfront for the damages. The office staff is always willing and eager to give our residents the best customer service available and to always be of help when a diffcult situation occurs. We have alot of satified and happy residents that live here. We feel you are using this fire that you caused, to justify terminating your lease.

For the most part the office staff here is great! Other than one person, this is by far the friendliest staff there has been here. However, I do understand having issues with a apartment here and getting some assistance. I have always had problems with windows and sliding door allowing cold air. I can feel the wind blow and it is uncomfortable. I'm sure not every apartment is like and I'm more sure not everybody here is unhappy with office staff.

Wow, i am about to move out here. At least considering. It's funny though everyone rates this place 4.0 - 5.0 with mionr complaints and the guy who almost burns his apt down is tripping! sounds like a personal problem. I havent done my application yet but from the viewing of the property til the time that I called the lady I spoke with (Lisa) has been nothing but great.

yes i was tripping! you would be tripping too if you were being punished and force to stay in a damage apartment from a pure accident and could not have the damamges repaired. i took total responsiblity and was willing and ready to pay for the damamges and i got nothing but nasty and rudeness and i couldnt understand why. they told me they can only fix the apartment if we arent in the apartment anymore but inorder to move to another apartment our current apartment can not have ANY damamges. they told me to fix it myself before we move out. i setup for home depot to come in and replace the damaged carpet and a painter to paint and then they said i have to use their "guys" and then refuse to give me the name and number of the company so i can go through them. they kept saying they was going send him out to us for 6 months! SO YES I WAS TRIPPING!
