I have lived here for almost a year and this was the first time I had a problem with my rent payment. It turns out my ex boyfriend had figured out some way to write checks off my account so my check bounced. When I explained what happened to the staff, they were very understanding and worked with me to get it resolved. I really appreciate that.
Thank you also for keeping the pools nice and clean and for taking care of all the day to day things one needs when living in an apartment complex.
I think that I have been well taken care of and I will renew my lease when it comes up in a month or so.

very misleading as to the true operations of this community, move out and wait for them to make up charges and send you 300.00 bill for false and inflated damages, you wont be singing the same tune, or when there are roaches crawling in your bed, or your neighbors break into your car, or when they throw a house party and you cant do anything but leave becasue the walls are shaking, or when another neighbor gets held up at gun point, and this community silently terminates their lease without notifiying other tenants of the danger still present....enjoy the months to come

Well, the staff is great! No arguement there. I just hope you never need a maintance guy, especially Phil. What a lieing piece of crap. I am so glad I left there.
