I visited Heritage on the River and the property was very clean and well kept up. The pool was refreashing oh and the River view was beautiful. I would lease there if I needed a place with no questions!

You wouldn't say that if you lived there. Visit at night, it's completely different. I am so glad I do not live there anymore.

I lived there for 5 worked there for 2. This place used to be a really nice community. But the owner doesn't care who he puts in there anymore now that the occupancy is low due to crime. They only have one maintenance man and he's 70 plus years old. He doesn't really care about the place I heard hin say that many times. This place is a shiny red apple with a worm infested core. Drugs, crime, thieves and bugs will all be a part of your daily life if you make the mistake of staying there. The people in the front office are some of the nastiest and unprofessional people in the business. The playground is a junkyard. Equipment from the 70's that they refuse to replace. This could be a very nice place but it's not.
