I rented here originally because it was close to NAS JAX. It's one of the few properties that are on the river and still close to NAS. I have now been here almost two years and I've been very pleased. There is a fishing pier and it's nice to hang out there, even for someone like me who doesn't really like to fish. My friend comes get me in his boat and we go have drinks at the restaurant across the water. It's super.
There are several nice pools, a big one behind the office which gets lots of people if you want to socialize and two smaller ones if you want to just be by yourself. The property is now gated and there are security cameras that monitor the property 24 hours a day.
