If you are having problems of any kind with the Extremely nasty, rude office staff at the Heritage, here is how you take it to the next level. CALL CORPORATE! They of course will not provide you with this information so that is why I am performing my civic duty in doing so here. This is one of a few ways you will get your issues resolved. If you want to see positive CHANGES at this community, pick up the phone, write a letter, make the call.
