Giving Notice/Crime

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Notice can only be given at the end of a month and it has to be 60 days. The same notice policy that lets you lease two months out can bite you if you don't remember when its time to leave. The office staff WILL NOT BEND THIS RULE.
They run nation wide criminal checks for new applicants and each year a resident renews, however crime is still an issue. However I dont hold Heron Walk responsible if someone get robbed taking out the garbage between 12-2am.
It's a good place to live.
