THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND UNACCOMADATING. ONE PERSON IN PARTICULAR BLATENTLY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY APARTMENT, ON THE DAY THAT I MOVED IN WHEN I WALKED INTO THE APARTMENT I WAS SO DISGUSTED IT BROUGHT ME TO TEARS, I IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO TELL THEM TO KEEP THE DEPOSIT, I DON'T WANT THE APARTMENT, THEY TOLD ME TOO BAD!!, OR YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY THE RENT UNTIL SOMEEONE ELSE MOVES IN IT. AND THAT WAS JUST THE BEGINNING*** MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, I AM HARRASSED BY ALL MY NEIGHBORS, THE NOISE LEVEL IS UNBEARABLE WHICH I TOLD THE OFFICE ABOUT, AND THEY DID NOTHING. PLEASE DON'T ASK THEM TO FIX ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY WON'T. THERE IS NO PARKING WHICH IS A BIG ISSUE, MAINLY BECAUSE THERE IS NONE. HERON WALK IS A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO CURRENT LIVES OUT HERE****PLEASE DON'T MOVE OUT HERE****.

I have lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years. My experience has also been terrible. The office management is unconcerned about their tenents. I had a very difficult time with my upstairs neighbor who constantly harrassed me. Him and along with his bad kids. The front office did nothing, they claim to have placed a note on his door, to no avail. Nothing changed. The parking is terrible. People are double parked, you can not get the towing company to pull these cars out of your way. PLEASE avoid this place like the plague. It is a complete trap for the duration of your lease.
