When my boyfriend and I moved in here, it was all about location (close to our jobs) and the price of rent. Should have known better. After three years (why I don't know) I started to feel like I lived in a box. I never realized how small the apartment was. To think we had the "large" one bedroom. The kitchen is so small. If you are using the stove be ready to bump into anyone who is walking in and out of the kitchen. The "balcony" the wood is peeling up. Don't walk out there barefoot, the paint is chipping. When one of the cute ducks pee's it floods. Ok when it rains all the sidewalks and grass is flooded TERRIBLY!!!!! Has never been fixed, the septic tank has had to been repaired twice, so imagine that smell as you are walking to your car. Then the crime. Imagine watching TV in your living room and seeing 14 and 15 year old outside your window dressed in all black. Call the police and come to find out they were trying to kill someone. The break ins are crazy. The trash stinks, overflows. The gate works when it feels like it. One place for EVERYONES mailboxes. Heron Walk is just a big mess!!!! Don't do it.
