I have lived here for almost a year now and it is horrible. My boyfriends car got broken into and they stole his gate card and when I went to the office to get it replaced (for no reason really because the gate never works) they told me it said in our lease that it shouldn't be left in the car, which it does not say at all. Then they told me it was considered private property which they are not responsible for. That would be fine except we have to return it at the end of our lease which means it is not private property. Also the apartments are dirty when you move in, the "pond" is full of trash, and you can hear someone walking up the stair from your bedroom. They just let us know that our rent is being raised over $40 and needless to say we are looking for another apartment.

if the card has to be returned then yes it is private property. pond is full of trash due to the fact that people seem to like to litter.
