I was a former resident and the treatment was terrible. For 12 months I have been using the same checks and same bank account and never had a problem. On the last month before I was suppose to move out they informed me 16 days after the incident that I had insufficient funds. When I called my bank they said they never received any check from Heron walk and my bank account is in good standing and always had sufficient funds. Need less to say Heron Walk still charged me LATE FEES, FEE FOR A RETURNED CHECK, FEES FEES even though the situation was not my fault. I PAID MY RENT IN TIME, I HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT but yet Heron Walk insisted that the check bounced and hence they have to charge these extra fees. Why did I have to pay and suffer for negligence on their part

SMELL: IF YOU ARE A NON-SMOKER AND YOUR NEIGHBOR IS A SMOKER, TOO BAD FOR YOU. THE SMOKE PERMEATES EVERYWHERE AND EVENTUALLY YOUR ENTIRE APARTMENT SMELLS OF SMOKE
