This is the most awful property I've ever lived at. The management is awful, within one month 3 apartments were burglarized. Cars were broken into everyday. There are out of control children everywhere, all the time. I have almost run them over countless numbers of times. They don't have sufficient maintenance, and they do inspections once a week. I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy live here. The property is owned by the same company that owns Collins Place, Timberwood Trace, and Pinewood Pointe, so I assume those properties are the same. My apartment was broken into when the property manager gave out our apartment number to strangers.

You are absolutely right! I have had the same problems, even a case of fraud and stolen mail, a federal offense. No one cares!!!! They SUCK!!!!

We had our mail stolen before and the kids here really believe they are gangsters..STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE....
