99.9 percent of the people living here are having their rent paid by "us" the tax payers. Their to lazy to work. The residents make this a bad place to live, not the management. They do not respect anything. They all have like 3 kids each that throw trash all over the property and write bad things with spray paint all over the property. Every apartment is just plain nasty from how the residents make it and they wonder why they have roaches. So this is to the residents that complaim, take a look in the mirror, It is YOU that make it this way, HELLO.

You are correct in saying that 99.9 % of the residents get their rent payed by us (the taxpayers) but as a former resident there, I can tell you that I fall into the .1% hard working, tax paying american who just happened to qualify for a lower rent due to falling in a low income brackett. So do your research! No everybody who has lived there has had their rent payed by the government. I have NEVER received any government assistance for any of my bills (especially not rent). I posses enough self-respect, strength and ambition to go out and work hard and make a better life for me and oh yeah, my ONE child!!!! So next time don't sound so ignorant. If a tenant complains, maybe, just maybe it maybe because he/she is not used to living in a DUMP like the other 99% of the people you told to look in the mirror.

To response your ignorance. I was once on section 8 and I was on it because I am a single mother of ONE child not THREE!! I've never lived in these apartments, but I was working and going to school and trying to take care of my mother. And I didn't make enough so I got a little help. Now I am I guess u call "us", I finished school and now a nurse. But I don't appreciate you saying everyone on section 8 is too lazy to work, because I worked probably HARDER THAN YOU EVER WILL. And its people like you that make places like that a dump! You should have stayed there because you are the trash thats in those apartments!! Now you look in the mirror.
