I have only lived here in Hillwood Pointe for the past 9 months. I can honestly say that I haven't heard much noise out of the people around here. Just on the weekends, but most people party on the weekends anyways (not a big deal). However I do have a problem with the manager. She has told me to pick up dog droppings that didn't even belong to my dog (yes I admit, I have missed a couple, but nothing to get all spun out for)and I have gotten b***hed at for stuff that I didn't do (garbage on the ground and grass torn up). As for the kids around here, I have seen some really bad ones and some really good ones. More bad than good. I don't like the fact that the kids play football, soccer, and baseball in the middle of the parking lot. That could do damage to someone's car. Plus, someone could get hurt badly by a car. A couple of the children are in fact the manager's children and her boyfriends children. There are a couple of residents that let there 3-8 year olds run around the apartment area with out them. One in fact, they have a 3 year old that runs around here with tinfoil all over the place, plastic bags over his head, and hitting other children. And his sisters are no better, cursing everyone that they don't like. Now my question is.....where are they're parents''' From what I've noticed there is a bad problem with some parents that just don't care about their children or don't have proper care for them. BUT THAT IS NOT EVERY SINGLE PERSON HERE. Just some of them. Maintenance....there are only 2 people that do maintenance around here, and only one of them is on call. My friend has a window that has been broken (from kids playing football) and she called maintenance right away, that was Saturday, and it's now Tuesday. They said that they were really busy and will get to them later. Come on now, it's broken glass...how much longer could they wait' To me that is an emergency. To be honest, I don't think that this place is really worth it. As said not all the people are bad here, just some of them. I have met some really nice people, and they make living here a little bit better. But I can definitely say that if I can afford to move out....I be moving out as fast as I can! Once again, just not worth it.
