I HAVED LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR. YEAH THE APARTMENT SIZE IS NICE BUT THE UNITS ARE OLD SO THE A/C DOES NOT WORK UPSTAIRS AT ALL AND MY LIGHT BILL WAS ALWAYS THROUGH THE ROOF BECAUSE OF HOW OLD THE UNITS ARE. Instead of using the 3 bedrooms me and my husband and two small children found ourselves sleeping on the floor downstairs because the heat was unbearable upstairs.And THE APARTMENT IS INFESTED WITH LITTLE SPIDERS WE WERE ALWAYS FINDING BUG BITES ON THE KIDS AND OURSELVES.The property manager NEVER seems to be in the office EVER, IT GOT REALLY RIDICULOUS OUT HERE, THE NOISE THE LOITERING SOMEONE WAS ALWAYS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TRYING TO SELL SOMETHING AND IT WASNT DECENT TIMES, IT WAS 8 AND 9 AT NITE THAT IS CRAZY!!!!.I could go on and on, when we first moved here the property manager kept a tight leash on things but after she REVERSED INTO OUR CAR AND TOTALED THE FRONT FROM NOT PAYING ATTENTION,SHE quit her job, we later found out she was a scam artist and had over 26 different addresses and WE HAVENT RECEIVED A PENNY FROM HER INSURANCE CUZ SHE GAVE THE OFFICER FAKE INFORMATION. I'M AM NOT LYING I COULDNT BELIEVE IT EITHER, AND now the new property manager is never in the office and never answers the phone i dont know how long the laudry facilty has been down without even an explanation of why its closed.If you like living in heat and paying outrageous light bills and being bit by spiders then this is the place for u good luck i'm moving as soon as my lease is up
