call nancy the district manager at 904-613-7799 for your security deposits. I had to threaten and literally call them every freggin day and it took me over 3 months to get my security deposit back but that ----- Vanessa was trying to hold me up but I still got it because I went over her heard and called Ross management and nancy. But Hillwood Pointe is broke so that's the hold up.

I thought i was the only one that thought that they never answer the phone their always out the office or at least thats what the answering service says i have been moved out for almost two months now and have not received a dime of my deposit they say it was in the mail but that was two weeks ago.
