Don't make any noise, don't have surround sound on your tv, don't sit out on your porch/balcony. don't move there if your kid likes to laugh out loud and play outside, when you are moving in make sure to tip toe, don't make a peep because if you do they will threaten to evict you. My daughter hated living there, every time she went down stairs excited to play and have fun the tenants below us would complain then I would get an evection notice for being to loud. The deposit you put down for pets is a scam. They kept my $500 saying it was a pet fee. They were thinking about changing the carpet before I moved in so my $500 paid for it to be done.

Well, there are times when sound can be too much. For me it is after 11:00p. At that point I want to sleep and will knock on a neighbors door and ask kindly if maybe volume could be turned down. Normally that works. I sit on my balcony every day, and when I laugh it is a good old belly laugh, so I really don't understand the comments placed by this again anonymous tennant. I have paid my pet deposit and figure maybe I will get the 50% back when I ever move out. I don't really worry as I know we are fortunate to be allowed a pet.
