I would not recomend this apartment for the followingreasons

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2004
I signed a renewed lease with apartment on 12 April 2004 for 695. per month now Iam told that that the rent is 730. month.The apartment management did not honor the contract. I was paying720 permonth. Since I have live here for eight years i have had to put up with nosie my car was vandal , there was a drive by shooting in Sept 23,2003, I thought rent reduction was due to the fact that carpet has not been replace or the apratment has not been painted in eight years. I sill have not had my door seal replace it was report to the apartment manageron the02/01/2004. it takes forever for the apartment manager to get some to do repairs. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
