I have live here since Sept 1996 ,(which is eight years) not becacuse it is a great place or safe place to live but because it was close to my place of employment. The management staff is grossly incompetent, as far as repairs to the apartments and safety goes. On the 23 September 2003 at 2300hours there was a drive by shooting near my apartment bullets ricoheted off the wall near my door About twenty rounds where fired at cars and in the apartment area near my door. i reported it to the police it took them thirty minutes to respond . My door seal whichhas a gap which day light penetrates was report in Feb 2004 ,and still has not been repair. The contract I signed with apartment manager is not being honored. They want more money than the lease contract states.

I do not understand why you stayed so long if it was such a horrible place. Being close to your employer just doesn't seem like a good enough reason to put up with alledged drive by shootings
