I have lived here for 16 months and the overall experience has been good. The real problem lies in when something goes wrong. I recently had rain flood my ground level apartment through the walls. I notified them immediately and it has been 2 weeks and still no fix. During the same time I have a leak in from the upsatirs AC and it is coming into my Bathrooms and laundry room at approx .5 gals/hour. I notified them immediatly and still no fix after 3 days. It is coming through of all places electrical fixtures, and fans. Decent apartment overall but over priced and the management is laughable. I have also recently had my car broken into and various items stolen. It seems as if the propert is going downhill fast.
