Huntington At Hidden Hills

DON'T Move Here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   I have lived here for a little over 5 years. When i first moved here, the Huntington was a beaaaautiful property! well kept, clean and all! Management was great! Since then, the property has gone completely down. It seems like they let any and everyone move here! I'm sick of guys playing rap music in their car at 8:00AM Saturday morning... Loud enough for the everyone else to hear! Im sick of the shootings. The lady down stairs from me got broken into 3 times in 1 month! Someone tried to break into my apartment while I was home! Light and TV on and all! I did get a new refrigerator out of management. That's about the only plus since I've lived here! Another thing is... Most apartments have a 5 day grace period for rent's due date. (Due on the 5th or the 3rd). The Huntington is due on the first, and they charge a $25 or $30 late fee for the first day, and $5 a day thereafter! They slap a notice on your door by the 8th or nineth, and at that point, you must pay a $275 legal charge on top of your rent and the late fees. The price of the apartment continuously goes up. I would love to know what they are spending the money on, because it's certainly not the property. Then, there's the vandalizing residents that break the fence down everytime it's repaired so they won't have to walk all of the way around the entrance of the property to get to the store. I'm sick of it! And I will be moving very soon! OH! And my toilet! My toilet was leaking into the apartment under me. Since maintanence "supposedly" fixed it, there is this awful smell that come like every 3 days no matter how ofter I disinfect it! Like a gas station bathroom. A really pissy smell! Like I said.. Im ready to go!
