I have only lived at this apt for 1 1/2 years now but I liked it. The management was very nice. Maintenance isn't that great but my repairs were not that serious. I heard of one ar break in while I was living there. Nothing of mine was ever messed with. The neighbors were polite, most just keep to themselves. The property could use a little TLC to make it look a little better. However, it still looks more decent than some apt's around town.
I recommend to anyone to go and see for yourself before you judge it by what others have said. I don't understand why the ones that complained the most are the ones that have lived there for 5 or more years. If they think it is so bad, maybe they should move out.
