Huntington At Hidden Hills

Wretched From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place is unsafe, rude and unsanitary. I rented for 1 year here, and never again. I moved in August and by September I had a whole in my roof that would make my bathroom leak, with that leak the spackle from the bathroom would leak into my tub, and floor. I wrote multiple letters, spoke to managemant and maintenance in person for 10 months! I finally got fed up, and contacted Management's General Manager. Once that was done, 1 month before I was to move out they finally fixed it! My AC broke in the middle of August when it was 98 out side with hear index of 107! I complained for 2 weeks! until it was finally fixed. It was so hot and muggy in the apartment I had to spent those 2 weeks with neighbor's I barely knew! ( they had a spair bedroom for their daughter who was in college ) Once I called the Maintenance on a Sunday because it was awful and the man showed up with a beer in his hand and said F*** you, leave me alone, and then stumbled back to his apartment. The complex has had the police show up 4 times for robbery, and death. Once we heard gun shots going off in the middle of the night. I woke to see what was going wrong. I saw 3 black male's running down the streets laughing , and lady crying really loud. Then cops came knocking on my door asking me what went wrong! My friend and I both had to go to the hosiptal more than once, due to alergic reaction to spider bites! I know we all hate spiders. This place says they spray but they don't. We finally started spraying for our selves! This place is supposed to be upscale, with the Hidden Hills Country Club right next door, and 2 rich housing developments, Cobblestone, and the Valley. They are really trying to fix this number hood up with new Superwalmart on Monument. But in order to do that they need to get new Managemant and maintenance for this company. Oh yea and they've switched Maintenace 3 times while I was there. Please take my word for it, this place has caused me nothing but problems.
