Its not that bad. I moved here because it was convinent for my job and other places. I don't know what section of the apartment complex these "racist people" are in, but its not on my side. I stay towards the front and I have never been bothered. Me and my roomate are both white and have spanish, black and white neighbors. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves and doesnt cause any problems. As for parking its not to bad if you come real late at night it makes it a little more difficult but the covered parking is great! I haven't had an maintenance problems yet. The management seemed kinda fishy when I moved in for some reason, just make sure you know what you want and you KNOW what you are paying for and its correct before you sign anything. The pool is really nice and quiet and sunny, the screened balconys are big! Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I have had some problems w/ spiders though. But its Fl who doesnt' The thing I liked most about these apartments is that the BIG 2BR has split Bedrooms and each bedroom with their one bathroom. The apartments are overall not as bad as people make them out to be.(at least for my first 4 months) This is my first apartment and its not a bad starter.
