I have never dealt with people like this before(mangement). They just moved in here a few weeks ago and are absolutly terrible. They are extremely rude, inflexable and inconsiderate. I believe the property managers name is Katharyn and she is the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my life!!! She will just yell at you if you ask any questions about the rent or fees!!! They go back and forth on what fees you will be charged and how much. Do not rent here if you wish to save yourself the hassle of dealing with these horribly rude people!!!!

I have to agree, the previous management was not the best but they atleast did not "play games" with you. The Manager will say one thing and the Asst Manager another and when you question them they say they never said that. The apartments are falling apart and need new appliances and fixtures but when you put in a request you don't get a response and you practically have to threaten to take legal action if they don't hold up there side of the lease. They also blame the vendors and the Property owners for the problems and this is not there problem. Maintenance refuses to believe the tenant when you tell them the problem and the response given is I been doing this for XXX amount of years and there is no way this problem is happening. Don't rent here! Rent may be cheap but there is a reason for it!
