My family and I have been a resident here for over a year. Until this new management team came in, we had no problems. Since they have come in, I have had nothing but unresolved maintenance issues. They promise an issue will be resolved on that day and it is ignored until another phone call is made, and even then it is still ignored. We are paying good money to live here and having to deal with fast talkers and no resolvers is very frustrating.
