Me and my boyfriend have lived here for about 4 years and this place sucks!! It is not safe there has been alot of people we know that have been robbed or harrassed!! They have a so called crime prevention guy that dont do nothing around here but hang with under aged girls and bother everyone all day about stupid stuff like running stop signs and stuff!! It is section 8 now and there is drug trafficing and other crimes!! The landscaping is horrible they have not cut the grass in days!! What little grass they have!! The maintenance sucks bad alot of my stuff is broke and no one comes to fix anything and if they do you have to bug them because they are understaffed!! The lighting at night is horrible I am even scared to walk my dogs cause I can not see and it is not safe!! We have lived in two different apartments here!! they suck but we are stuck because of our financial situation and they are one of the only places that takes our two dogs!! Leasing people are always rude!! The whole neighborhood is falling apart!! Paint is coming off railing!! My ceiling is leaking from the rain getting in!! Looks like crap and is crap!! been in this new apartment for a few months and already everything is falling apart like they just slapped paint on it when the last person left!! The stairs are wobbly by my building!! It smells like cat spray in this corner where my computer is My friend who lived here before me had cats!! Its like did they even steam this carpet!!! yeah this place is soo ------!! The bank owns it right now and I hope if and when they get new management they really turn this dump around!! Its in a nice neighborhood so it should be nice!! It is the Monument Road hood!!! They need to totally renovate these apartments!! I even have electrical problems in here!! All OLD ASS appliances!! Alot of people are moving out there is soooo many vacancies and I can see why I wish we could move out also!! Sick of it!! I would not reccomend that ANYONE move into these ------ ass apartments!! There is evn snakes and lots of wasps!! And last but not least we pay 870/month!! To live in a two bedroom dump!! And other people on section 8 pay half of that!!! We struggle to pay to live in this ---- hole!! I pray we can get the hell out of here soon!!!!!!
