Islande Pointe Apartments

Looks can be deceiving From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004 1 response   I have lived in Island Pointe apartment before and after they were remodeled. Please don't be fooled by the newly remodeled surface, the inside and framework of the apartments are old just freshly painted. My floor had a huge hole forming due to the wood deteriorating underneath the vinyl. I had water spots on my ceiling because of a whole in the roof that took them months to fix and to conclude rent went up almost $200. I refuse to pay almost a grand for 12 year old decayed apartments with a fresh paing job!
