Islande Pointe Apartments

Please Beware From: andrea8881@hotmail.com Date posted: 1/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I moved into this apartment almost 4 months ago and it has been a living hell. These are beautiful apartments if someone other than the tenats actually cared about their up keep. Maintenance issues go unresolved for extended periods of time (months to be exact). I have seen 2 managers, 3 assistant managers and 2 management companies come and go in the short amount of time Ive been here. The customer service sucks, property managers and maintenance workers talk to you like you are a child and no one is considerate of the inconveinence to the tenants. The rent is a bit pricey especially for what you have to put up with. Unless you are adament about living on this side of town you can find a much nicer apartment for equal if not lesser money somewhere else.
