It seems to be becoming a section 8 property. For those of you who dont know what that is that would be HUD housing. You would think that if you took a tour of this property yet, it is not. The office manager used to live in the complex, got evicted and now runs the property. I dont know about you but if a person cant manage thier own finances how are they going to manage yours'' Maintenance is good as long as the office permits them to do thier job... the right way! It seems they are more worried about apartments that arent even going to be rented in the near future before they worry about their residents with the real problems. They dont want to spend the money to fix things right. They would rather peice mill it. If you like a fixed payment on your rent do not move here because they seem to think they can change it month to month to suit thier financial binds. I've been here for 4 years and ive never experienced these kind of problems until Sagebrush took over. Maintenance has always been good until now. It seems that thier hands are tied and they are limited to thier recources. Over all the property is not bad. It's the company who runs it that is. Signed, can't wait to move
