I've lived at Island Pointe for 3 years.....maintenance is slow....stove burners have never been repaired/replaced....our furnace was out last winter for a full month-no apology at all...fortunately we have a fireplace...I recommended a co-worker and they didn't pay me the $150.00 referral fee when he moved in...office staff does not care about residents
