Shooting, people hanging infront of the bulidings when you get off from work, bebe gun holes in the window while not fix it, maintanence is sorry they will go into your house and eat your phone

I do agree with this resident. Kendall Court is a drug saleing apartment, sex offender, and a NOT family friendly atomsphere. The office staff (management - property manager and --- staff) is not friendly. They talk to resident any kind of way they feel and then call the police to have you kick off if they dont like you or you dont talk to them the way they went you to. I would NEVER TELL SOMEONE TO MOVE IN THESE APARTMENT!!!!!.

I have live here since 2005 and I have never had any problems with management. I have not had any problems with sex offenders which they problem live all over Jacksonville. Your comment about not being an family friendly atomsphere, I have to disagree when my 15 year old son got hurt from horse playing, several teenagers and adults was at my son aide bringing towels from their homes, shirts off their backs to help him and one of the young man was by his side until I got there and rode to the hospital with us. So if you are going to write something please write the truth do not make these apartments seem bad and their not. Yes kids be up front playing and on the side of the building playing football which is okay, b/c they are enjoying themselves and staying out of trouble. I'm not saying that kids do not have altercations b/c they do b/c they are kids. I moved from Ga. to J-ville and I like it out here to Kendall Court; I mind my own business go to work, church and back home. My teenage kids do have friends out her and they ocassionally go outside. Keep this in mind its not the communties that's bad it's the people that make the community bad.

i don't know about the drugs and sex offenders or anything like that the apartments are okay and quiet however i do have a problem with the maintainance many things that i have complained about have not been fixed it has been months and still no results that is a big problem for me i dont care about whats going on outside the apartments because i mind my own business even though some one has been shot and someone has been killed out here but it is embarrassing to have company over and there are so many maintanance problems the only answers we get are that a report has been made as residence we deserve better especially if we are expected to pay our rent other than that i like the apartments but we have got to do better when it comes to making repairs

A man was found lying dead in the parking lot of Kendall Court Apartments and people are still are writing glowing recommendations for this apartment complex? Have we become so immune to violence that we??re able to ignore what??s going on? Where is the public outrage and where are the voices of our community leaders? We need to say, ??No more.??
