Alot of unattended children and teenagers in area; often gunfire may be heard; very poor lighting in parking lots but ample parking, maintenance respond to repair needs about once a year but you can always find them in the office under the a/c or heat conversating when they should be repairing; very unclean, several areas used by residents as dumping site for unwanted furniture and shopping carts everywhere; several unkept man-made ponds in the community that are unsightly; recreational facilities are available only about half of the time due to maintenace.Not a good place to live if you have children due to the amount of physical violence between the children;very poorly kept playground and not adequate for the amount of children in the area.Also all the apartments are severely infested with roaches and black mold grows all around the windows and wall areas ( Health hazard) which they cover up with paint. Because of the mold the apartments should probably be demolished. Whoever recommended this community must rely on it for a paycheck!
