Kendall Court Apartments are over priced and ghetto. They are noisy and unkempt. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors drop a pin. There is loitering in the stairways, trash thrown into the pool. Dark parking lots,lazy maintanance, disinterested and rude staff. An always over flowing and foul smelling dumpster located at the entrance..... There is violence and thievery. If it's not nailed down or locked up it walks. Kendall Court is a waste of land and I would highly recommend you only live there as an alternative to homelessness.
