I rented here for supreme service and security. To date, I am disappointed. I have found that the LARGE dogs leave LARGE piles, everywhere. Cars block the ally to the garage entrance, preventing one from coming in and/or out. Mold is forming at every window, and in the master bath. The units are not properly cleaned between leases, and the garbage collection area is filled to overflowing most of the time. The rules of the lease are not inforced, therefore they are not kept. The security gate works about 75% of the time, and the gate for visitors works about 25% of the time. I have witnessed people entering the exit gates. Also, I have flyers on my door, and knocks at my door to solicit. How do they get in' SAVE YOUR MONEY...More is not necessarily better. When I report to mgmnt I am told to adv neighbors of concerns, called to have cars towed if in my way!!!!(Not my job!)

Base on my experince I would have to disagree with this renter. The grounds were always clean. When mgmt was contacted I have always received a positive feedback and immed response. Never receive alot solicitation and just like every gated community if you want in you will get in.

I also would have to disagree with this renter. I have never received any solicitation from anyone and as the above renter said, in any gated community if someone wants to get in they will always find a way in. I love that the springs allow large pets (i am a pet lover myself) and thanks to the pet clean up stations, it allows renters to clean up after there pets, unlike many other apartments. I have no mold problems either.

I lived there for 2 years. Yes, I saw people go in the exit and people snuck in behind someone else, but that isn't something new. It's to be expected because that's how some people are, jerks. But that's not the staff's fault. I had several pizza flyers on my door and that irritated me. No one ever knocked on my door (at least to my knowledge). I know how they get in. It's quite easy. They use the side door. Mold?? I never had mold. It seems like maybe you needed a little Tilex for your bathroom and to turn on the vent when someone showered. And dog poop...yeah, that goes back to people being jerks because there were plenty of poop disposals around.
