I have not been a resident here very long but so far its been ok. The apartment was not cleaned to my standards when we moved in but I took care of that myself. And neghibors are very noisy or walls are just that thin, which is a pain if you have children. My major complaints as of right now are noisy neighbors and parking. The parking design, now come on give me a break!
You are only issued one parking space and the rest is first come first serve, no matter how many cars you own and no matter how many people live in the home.Rent is a little much for the apartment size but it will work for a year! The office staff has been wonderful so far and quick on my questions, concerns, & repairs. They really need to build a play ground for kids it makes more sence then all the areas for dogs, not that I dont like dogs.

i am moving to the area in a week or two and am seriously considering this place.
the dog situation concerns me, being that noise might be a factor.
is it as bad as I've heard or are some people over dramatizing the situation?
