Not just no, but hell no! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here for almost a year now and I regret it 100%. In the begining it was okay then the problems started. I have gone through 4 sets of neighbors. The walls are so thin you could here everything if you are on the first floor.The prices are crazy. And beware if you go to renew because we just recieved a lease renewal and that want a hell of a lot more money a month for a crapy apartment. Yes, they are nice inside when you first look at it but once you live in it your stuck. The staff is very nice and friendly but a staff member (who no longer works in the office) wanted us to sign the lease without seeing the aprtment we were renting first. When we first moved in I complained about scuff marks on the walls and floors, you could see where the people before us moved in/out and baned stuff around. Sorry Im just venting. My final coment is don't do it you will regret it. If you are a single person living by yourself who makes good money it may work for you. Just get on the second floor or you will never sleep while you live there!
