I have lived at the Springs for over one and a half years and I love it!! The pool is fabulous (as I use it often) and I have never had to wait in line for the gym. I do have to admit that the gym is a little small, but you don't get a gym at most places. Anytime I've ever had a problem, they have always come to the rescue very quickly. Like when I had an ant problem. Its Florida, ants just happen! ANyways, I called the office and the very next day someone was at my apartment spraying. The staff even gave me some paint to help get rid of the scuff marks that were created when I moved in. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, and when I do the sound is very minimal. We did have a few cars broken into about a year ago, and they put a notcie out to all the residents to be extra watchful and careful. We haven't had anymore trouble since that incident. All in all, this community is great! Well worth the money!!
