Sad to leave From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I'm sad to be leaving such a wonderful place. I've called the Springs "home" since they opened in 2004 - I even had to wait for my apt to be completed to move in and it was well worth the wait! Regardless if I was traveling or at home, I was always taken care of. THe office people would deliver my mail if I was gone for an extened period, they always changed my air filter or any other request I could have had. The manager was always willing to work with me on my lease renewals and often times stayed late so I could go over options when necessary. My job keeps me on the move and they understood that - better yet they went out of their way to make sure I always had a place to stay. Parking can be tight, but let's face it - this is the case in a house or a condo too - at least it's not NY or San Fran, ya know'! I very rarely heard my neighbors, if I did it was minimal. Thank you Springs at Orange Park! I'm happy to say you are by far the best place I've lived in my 13years of apartment renting.
