It's ok.. but not great.

They messed up our move in date by 2 days when we got here in 2006.. they "thought" were were coming 2 days later so the apt was not ready. Even though numerous calls took place before we moved here. However, they scurried & got the apt finished and we moved in that day.. with damp carpet from the the cleaning.
People do not clean up after their pets, kids play in the road, people leave their loud barking dogs locked out on the porch to bark all night. I constantly have my outdoor light burning out and hinges breaking on my cabinet doors. The apartments Appear nice but they are very poor quality. Also, they are very pet friendly (we have pets) yet every apartment has white or light beige carpet. So, if you're moving in with pets.. Expect to pay $1000 to replace the carpet when you move out. They had a lot nicer people working in the office when I first got here.. now they do not seem as friendly or care as much about my concerns.
I do not have a problem with noise from upstairs neighbors and parking is not that big of an issue.
I think overall.. the quality of this development is not a great as it was a year and a half ago. It's better than alot of the other apartments in the area though.
