I still maintain the Kensley (formerly the Springs) is a great place to live and one of the best complexes within a 20 mile radius. The person that posted the review dated 5/10/09 calling themselves "Bold and Honest" is a BIG LIAR! The party thrown at the pool with permission from the office staff was for a 16 year old child with adult supervision and there was NO BEER, we cleaned up everything and put all the pool furniture back exactly as we found it. I know that because I helped and was one of the last people there cleaning. We closed up everything early around 9pm to be respectful of other guests. And immediately after we closed up everything a group of about six people came right in behind us, and if there was any trash left beind, they probably left it! Who ever posted that ad should be ashamed of themselves, and more than likely has a problem with the color of the crowd, than the party itself. The office has been used many times for guest and office events. Hec, even the rent office threw a party and had a DJ playing music. And in reference to "us taking up the whole parking lot" that's another big lie. The guests parked outside the gate infront of the rent office and that's a total of less than twenty spaces, if you live here, there is parking for tenants inside the gate. And the walkin gate was left open for the guests during the time of the party...frankly because..how the hell else are they supposed to get in. The person who posted that ad needs to get overthemselves!

I've lived here for two years and I miss the old management. The girls in the office were so much nicer. Also - the new colors are NOT "earth tones" they honestly look like puke yellow, burnt orange and nasty, moldy green - it looks so UGLY!!!

Well, to each his own, I prefer the color over the mental patient green, and I even like green....to an extent. As far as the staff I've encountetred, I've found them to be just as nice, but that's just my opinion. You can look around, and I have, for price and location and attached garage, I couldn't find better

I also do not like the new colors.. makes me feel like I'm in a fun house. Also, the transition from Springs to Kensley was not smooth.. I placed a request to have a door replaced 3 months ago.. when I called recently to find out where my door was, they had no record of it. Also they have a habit of Entering my apartment without notifying me prior to entry. It's happened about 3-4 times since I've lived here (so far, only once since it switched to Kensley). And the garbage area is NASTY.

Well if people came after you were leaving then why are you trying to defend yourself? and stop playing the race card (get over yourself) Also you are supposed to be responsible for your guest, so you should of let them in one by one instead of leaving the gate open. You guys were load, and 'somone' left trash, if it wasn't you then don't worry about it. I am not ashamed of myself, I am telling the truth from wha I saw and heard the day of the party and then next day. So to future residents, this is so far a nice place. there are some irresponible people who live here but the mangmant handled it alright. But now thanks to who ever left trash we can not have pool parties anymore...
