I'm into my second year at what is now known as the Kensley Apartment Homes and honestly I'm seriously looking for another place to live. I was so enamored with this place when I first moved in and now it just doesn't seem worth the money. Yes, it's a little steeper in price but was ok for what it offered. Now, there are never any doggie bags n the Poop stations, trash is on the grounds, trash is always piled up in front of the compactor (sometimes you cant even get the door open), the gate is always broken now and noise complaints are taken lightly. I have had to contact the District Manager on a few occasions. I know they are trying but the office just doesn't seem on top of things like they were. I'm hoping things will change...

i agree i pay extra every month to rent a garage for my car and someone like to use it for thier private parking area. now the crime rate is getting bad and the place is getting very trashy and poor . people getting robbed and cars being stolen. top it off with never having access to your extra payment garage every night when you get home it just is not worth it anymore. i wish i would of never moved here. place was much better whrn it was the springs and under the old management team.

i too will be leaving when lease is up. when i moved in a couple of years ago (when it was the springs) i was on a 3 month waiting list. was an excellent gated community and it was a friendly, career-minded community. since new management (kingsley) it is spiraling downwards. in past two weeks I'm aware of an auto theft, items taken from cars, cars being vandalized and just this week an armed robbery. i didn't mind paying the higher rent for a well-kept, safe community, but i can live in our current conditions at half the rent.... if "springs" decides to build another complex in jax, i will be the first to sign up.

We agree we were on a 3-4 month waiting list to get into the springs the day we signed the lease with the springs we got a notice from the kinsley appartments stating they were taking over. When we first looked at the spings appt it was excellent we did not mind paying the extra rent but it soon went down hill with teh broken gates robberies and the staff does not respond when there is trouble and neibors below us are very rude and agressive we are getting out of here as fast as we can

I agree. When it was the Springs. I loved it! The management was great and nothing was broken and trash was never piled up high at all! Complaints were taken automatically and the Springs staff was very quick to respond! Now with the Kensley management, nothing is done right. I am glad my lease is ending. I like the place but it is NOT worth the money we pay espcially since we pay more for the gate which is ALWAYS broken!!!!!!!
