I just renewed my lease in March '08. This is my third year living in this complex. I moved in while it was still The Springs, which was absolutely excellent. I miss the old management, but I think the new team is doing a good job as well. The office staff of The Kensley has been helpful and professional the few times I have needed anything. The one change I hate with the front office is the automated phone system at all times of the day. The air conditioner in my unit periodically stops blowing cold air during the summer, and I have to call maintenance about once a month to fix it. Instead of actually fixing the problem, they just patch it up until the next time. But all my maintenance request are addressed within 24 hours.

I honestly haven't had any problems while living in this complex. Most of the problems (i.e. trash piled up next to the compactor, dog droppings, etc.) come from people just being lazy or inconsiderate. I can't think of a time where there has been loud music at night (only one time in the afternoon). The apartments on my side have plenty of parking and there seems to be a fair amount on the other side. The parking lot is pretty well lit, so I feel reletively safe walking to my door at night. The grounds are well-kept and they keep things pretty clean around here.

Unfortunately, there were a few car thefts and one robbery in January that shook everyone up. Since then, they've done a better of job of making sure the front gate works properly.

I have lived in the one bedroom and the two bedroom. The one bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. I loved it. The two bedroom is nice also. I think the new prices are a tad steep, but everything is nowadays. Overall, I think this is a nice community to live.
